Decision of the Selection Committee on selection of admission into the school is final.

Note that our school does not take donation for admissions. Therefore, beware of the third parties who cheat the gullible public.

Please note that the Mobile Number given during registration will be used for all further communication with regard to your application for admission.

Please bring the child Birth Certificate along with a Xerox copy with this form at the time of processing.

Both the parents and the child must be present for the processing of form. The child will not be asked any academic questions during the processing.
